William Grant & Sons were looking to redevelop The Balvenie website for a global audience, providing a flexible, easy to use tool for local markets to manage their customer engagement.
Developed on Symfony 2 framework and utilising cutting edge development tools and practices, the bespoke tailored made web management system was designed and built specifically for the global and local market requirements. This allows the local market teams manage their own distinct sites yet allows the rapid deployment of updates across all sites quickly and cost effective to the client.
Due the improved interface of the user admin the local markets teams embraced the new web management system and been proactively managing the local markets sites. The brand team have seen a dramatic rise in fresh new content, competitions and events and as a result consumer engagement has reached an all time high for the brand.
